MISSION TRIP : ORANG ASLI (Part 2)

So there are a couple of trips we made in the middle but I decided to blog about the latest one. This is the Christmas celebration we held for them last Saturday, which we left for Klang ( My mom's hometown) after that.

I am involved in the Nazarite team in my church. It is basically an evangelism team for teenagers where we learn and plan for various evangelical events in my church for any celebrations. So this whole thing were planned by us and of course with the help of some young adults.

So it was my first time leading praise and worship in Malay so we thank God for His guidance and mercy throughout the entire session.

Samuel and Moses as guitarists

Shi Yu and Jolene
And Wei Lun and Sze En behind as backups during the P&W session

Jang Tyng as the pianists and Melvin as the drummer.

Then we have lots of performances by the orang asli kids
They are honestly very talented tribes especially in dancing and singing.

So we also performed some skits for them,
hoping to waken the youths there from the various social ills

Games session
We played with balloons and those games where you need to play in pairs involving the old and young which gave us all a great time and a good laugh!

So here's a wrap about the entire event. Again, it was always tiring when we involve ourselves in mission work. This, that i have shown you are those which are less tedious. There are tons of mission work out there which require a lot of hard work and effort. So what I always learn after trips like that is to pray.

Pray hard for God's chosen servants to endure and persevere the work called and anointed by the Father.

So if you have yet to join mission trips like that, I challenge you to get out from your shell and fight together for the extension of God's kingdom. Shalom:):):)

Love Lots,
